Celina started her dance journey with her first ballet class at the age of two. From there she started taking more varieties of dance including Jazz, Musical Theatre, Hip-Hop and Lyrical. By the age of ten, she was a part of one of her dance studio's Company/Competitive groups for six years, attending various dance competitions, performing at Disneyland, and participating in the 2010 Winter Olympics. Although Celina loves all styles of dance she really grew a love and passion for Musical Theatre. She loved being able to portray different characters and feel as though she was living her Broadway dreams. As a competitive dancer, she received multiple judge's awards and top-ranking scores in her Musical Theatre Solos, Duos and Trios. Celina started dancing at her second dance studio at the age of fifteen participating in their Dance Studio Productions each year. It was also at fifteen that Celina choreographed her first Musical Theatre dance. From there she was a teacher's assistant in Musical Theatre, Production, Lyrical and Jazz classes, while also choreographing multiple Musical Theatre solos, duos, and trios. At the age of seventeen Celina was teaching a variety of Competitive classes. Throughout the years Celina has taught various styles of dance including, Contemporary, Lyrical, Jazz, Bolly-Jazz

Song & Dance and Production. She has choreographed for several special events such as Ivivva Events, Broadway Singing Christmas Tree, Calvary Church Christmas/Easter events, PNE Canada Day Event, and Queen Elizabeth Christmas Show. Celina’s dance pieces have received multiple awards including, first-place medals/trophies, overall high scores, judges awards, and choreography awards. Celina loves her classes to be a place where kids can have fun while learning pieces that challenge them not only as dancers but also as actors. She is very excited to be a part of the Peak Dance family.
